Rakvere is Estonia’s best-known meat and meat products brand. Rakvere Meat Processing Plant is the largest employer in Lääne-Viru County, providing jobs for approximately 700 people. Tallegg is Estonia’s only domestic poultry producer, with a history dating back to 1956. We raise all of our chickens ourselves—this is the only way we can ensure consistent and fully controlled quality. All of our poultry is raised antibiotic-free on our own farms, located mainly in the vicinity of Tallinn. Tallegg’s modern production facility is located in Tabasalu and provides employment for approximately 300 people.
